Tien is the founder of TAXBoost. She came from a large Sydney based firm and opened her own practice to offer the detailed level of advisory services of a city firm to her local community at affordable prices. It is not just about process end work, it is about taking the time to explain and identify the best possible tax benefit for her clients.

Tien’s open and friendly approach is central to her work style. “For me it’s about building relationships. If I can do that, then I’ll understand my clients and gain their trust. Adding value is just the next step.”

Tien maintains a balanced lifestyle with a passion for fitness and a love of travel. She enjoys learning about her clients’ interests, goals and businesses, so that she is better placed to develop personalised services and solutions.

Tien has practised as a tax practitioner for over 17 years. Her knowledge of tax is extensive and allows her to comprehend and resolve complex issues affecting businesses quickly and practically.

Her objective is to educate her clients and explain the tax concepts in a story-telling approach which helps clients become more engaged and gain a better understanding of their tax and business.
